Pricing & Commission Types

Please note that all prices are subject to change depending on complexity.

terms of service

✦ the client states that by commissioning the artist, they agree to the terms listed
✦ an initial payment of 50% of the quoted price must be paid before any commission work will be started
no refunds or cancellations after initial payment.
✦ payments will not be refunded unless the artist isfully unable to complete the commission
✦ final delivery without watermarks will only be done when 100% of the payment is receivedin regards to revisions
✦ the client may request at most 3 rounds of revisions during the sketch phase
✦ the client may request only one round of revisions during the lining phase
✦ the client may request up to (2) minor revisions after final delivery. Additional or major revisions may incur additional cost.
✦ the client is given 48 hours to respond to revision requests unless otherwise requested. Unanswered requests for revision will be considered as no revisions and the artist will move onto the next phase.As the artist, Nyx
✦ reserves the right to display the commission for advertising purposes
✦ may refuse a commission for any reasonAs the client, you
✦ may post your completed commissions on social media with linked credit to the artist
✦ may crop and resize commissioned works
✦ may not alter or edit commissioned works unless explicitly stated in negotiation
✦ may not claim that commissioned works was created by anyone other than the artist

Order Process

1. Contact me via twitter, discord or email for any questions2. Fill in the form below and send it via email, twitter, or discord. This will act as your official request for a commission.
➜ by requesting a commission you agree to my terms of service3. Complexity check + Price Quotations. Depending on the complexity or additional elements, pricing may be changed from the base prices listed.4. Invoicing & Payment

➜ minimum 50% initial payment
➜ if there is a queue, commissions will be ordered by date of down payment5. Commission Work
➜ Sketching, Lining & Coloring Phases
➜ I will update you at least when each phase is started
➜ client is given 48 hours between phases to request revisions
➜ you will be informed if delays come up6. Final Payment (if necessary)7. File Delivery via Email or GDrive depending on commission size
